English: The statue The Greatest Canadian depicts Tommy Douglas, often described as the father of Medicare in Canada. It was created by Lea Vivot, installed near the Riverfront Boardwalk in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, and was officially unveiled by Douglas' grandson Kiefer Sutherland on 10 September 2010.
